What we collect

When you place an order or open an account, we collect the details needed to make and ship your piece: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and order history. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store full card numbers.

When you use the studio or Org Society tools, we store the designs, rosters, and preferences you enter so we can produce your order and show it back to you.

How we use it

To make, ship, and support your order; to send order confirmations and shipping updates; to answer messages you send the house; and, where you have opted in, to send occasional Field Notes and drop announcements. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the partners that help us run the house: our payment processor, our shipping and fulfilment partners, our email provider, and analytics that help us understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep your bag and session working, and — where enabled — privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your account information, and request a copy of the data we hold, by emailing the house. We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil legal and accounting obligations.
