Made to order
Most BYB Society pieces are made to order and, where you customize them, made uniquely for you. By placing an order you authorise us to cut, dye, and finish the piece you configured. Production typically begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time you order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order in the rare case of an obvious mistake.
Shipping
We cut and press in Porto, Portugal, and ship from there. Estimated make and delivery times are shown at checkout (typically a 5-day make and 7-day ship). Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier and customs delays.
Repairs, returns & exchanges
We stand behind how our pieces are made and offer free repairs for life on manufacturing faults — reach out and we'll make it right. Because customized and made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you, they are generally not returnable except where the item is faulty or not as described. Non-personalised stock items may be returned within the window and condition described at the time of purchase.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate shipping and contact details so we can deliver your order.
