№ 02 — How it works

Three moves. Then we make.

"The longer version lives in the playbook — this is the shape of the thing."

01Pick the piece

A piece, a wash, a print.

Tees, crews, hoodies. Heavyweight cottons, garment-dyed. Eight washes that hold colour through a season of use. One print on the chest, one on the back, optional sleeve.

02List your people

Paste a roster. Or upload.

Name. Number. Size. Optional message on the back. Forty-two people or four hundred — same path. We render every shirt in preview so you can sign off before it cuts.

03Set what your cause earns

Markup. Split. Goal.

Three math models. Add a markup per piece, take a flat percentage, or set a dollar goal and we route every dollar through. Pick one. You can change it before we press.

Field Notes"Vol. I — How we think about money."No. 002 / III

We don't dress for the season.
We dress for the people
who showed up.

A run, a rescue, a strike line. Whatever brings you together, the piece is just the carrier. We make it well so the day it commemorates isn't worn out in three washes.

№ 04 — How your cause earns

Three math models.
Pick one. Change later.

"You set the maths. We handle the money — paid out in one transfer once the box ships."

Model AThe maths

Markup

Add to the base. Keep the difference.

Our base price per piece is fixed. You pick a per-piece markup. Every supporter pays base + markup. Markup goes to your cause.

Worked example· Base $28 + $12 markup· Supporter pays $40Cause keeps $12 × 240 = $2,880
Model BThe maths

Split

Take a flat percentage of revenue.

No markup — set a single percentage. We deduct it from gross and route it to your account when we ship.

Worked example· Supporter pays $32 base· Org split 35%Cause keeps $11.20 × 240 = $2,688
Model CThe maths

Goal

Set a target. We back-solve.

Tell us what your cause needs to raise. We compute the markup or split required for the projected roster size and lock it in.

Worked example· Goal $3,500 · roster 240· Required markup ≈ $14.60Supporter pays $42.60
